Jennifur Newhouse - licensed since June 2002

Jennifur is a licensed Realtor® in the State of Idaho. She is passionate about helping others and guiding them through the home selling and buying process. Jennifur is a multi-million dollar producer and Ada County Circle of Excellence Award winner.  She currently has her Graduate Realtor® Institute designation, E-Pro certification and has finished all the required Broker classes. Jennifur is a proud recipient of the 2006 TWIN (Tribute to Women & Industry) Award, 2006 RIS Media National Magazine’s “Top 50 Realtors on the Rise” and was recognized by the largest coaching company in North America as an Outstanding Realtor® for 2005.  She is a member of the Junior League of Boise and Business Network International.  Jennifur’s background includes experience in Human Resources for a Fortune 500 company and as a family therapist. She has degrees from both the University of Washington and Pacific Lutheran University. Jennifur has lived in Washington, Hawaii, California and now, Idaho where she resides with her husband, James.

James is a licensed Realtor® in the state of Idaho. He specializes in investment real estate and consults regularly for The Newhouse Team. James currently works full time as a Project Manager for Central Paving. His background includes Business and IT management for large construction companies. He has both a Construction Management Degree from Boise State University and a Finance Degree from University of Idaho. James was born and raised in Idaho where his family has lived for generations, but he has also lived in Washington, Oregon and California.
